THAT THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED THE SUM OF $4,200.00 OUT OF NO. 230 BRIDGE REMOVAL AND RELOCATION BOND FUND TO REIMBURSE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD FOR COST OF INSTALLING AND REMOV- ING A TEMPORARY TRESTLE, PROJECT NO. 230- 55 -8.8, REQUIRED DURING CONSTRUCTION, IN CONNECTION WITH RAILROAD RELOCATION, SAVAGE LANE LINE, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE LETTER AGREEMENT, DATED DECEMBER 23, 1959, WITH MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK, A COPY OF WHICH LETTER 1S ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
