THAT THE CITY MANAGER IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY, TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER AN EXCHANGE DEED WITH FRED FLATO, EXCHANGING CERTAIN LANDS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE EXCHANGE DEED, A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF. SECTION 2.
