BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TESASt SECTION It That Items numbered 1, 300 32, 339 34, 38, 39, 41, 43, 87, 79, 84, 88, 88, 89, 90, 91, 98, 102, 103, 108, 128, 134, 138 and 137 of the Final Street Improvement Assessment Roll of Section 3 of Ordinance No. 8080, passed and approved by the City Council on the 22nd day of February, 1981, is hereby amended and said items of said Ordinance shall hereafter read as follows, to -wits SECPION 2t The necessity for amending said Ordinance No. 8080 in order to shore the real and true owners of property abutting on Weber Road from the Southeasterly Boundary Line of South Staples Street to the Northeasterly Boundary line of Lexington Boulevard and Gollihar Road from 120 feet Southeast to 120 feet Northwest of Weber Road, and in order to correct and adjust assessment against same, creates a public emergency and an imperative public necessity, requiring the suspension of the Charter Rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction, and that said ordinance shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared that such emergency and imperative public necessity exists/ and having requested that the Charter Rule be suspended and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and that this ordinance take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED.
