S. WEATHER BUREAU FOR THE USE OF CERTAIN GROUND SPACE FOR PLACING OF WEATHER BUREAU -OWNED EQUIP- MENT AT THE CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, ALL AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE AGREEMENTS, A COPY OF EACH OF SAID AGREEMENTS BEING ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY MANAGER OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI; TEXAS: SECTION 1. THE CITY MANAGER IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TWO GRATUITOUS AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNITED STATES WEATHER BUREAU FOR THE USE BY THE WEATHER BUREAU OF CERTAIN GROUND SPACE AT THE CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FOR PLACING OF WEATHER BUREAU -OWNED TRANSMISSOMETER RECEIVER AND ROTATING BEAM CEILOMETER EQUIPMENT, ALL AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE AGREEMENTS, A COPY OF EACH OF SAID AGREEMENTS BEING ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF. SECTION 2.
