BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT THE CITY MANAGER BE, AND HE IS HEREBY, AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CORPUS CHRISTI INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT BY THE TERMS OF WHICH AGREEMENT THE CITY WILL REIMBURSE THE DISTRICT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $30,608.94 FOR THE DISTRICTS ADDED COST TO CONSTRUCT AN OVERSIZE AND OVERDEPTH SANITARY SEWER LINE TO SERVE THE Los ENCINOS 10 ACRE SCHOOL TRACT AND OTHER ADJACENT AREAS AND TO SERVE AS A TRUNK MAIN TO CABANISS ACRES DESIGNATED AS PROJECT ND. 250- 61 -33.
