HomeMy WebLinkAbout07100 ORD - 12/11/1963AN "ORDI MINCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $6,516.84 OUT OF VARIOUS BOND FUNDS FOR EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF $3,750,000 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 1963 -A ON SEPTEMBER 24, 1963; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $6,516.84 out of the following listed bond funds for expenses in connection with the sale of $3,750,000 General Improvement Bonds, Series 1963 -A, said sale having been conducted on September 24, 1963: Cost of Bond Brochures $ 794.42 Mailing Costs 418.01 Advertising 25.00 Travel - Director of Finance 41.75 Bond Printing 372.00 Legal Costs 4,859.66 State Comptroller's Fee 6.00 FUND 214 Hospital Bond Fund 250 Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund 220 Street Bond Fund EMS BONDS SOLD PERCENT APPROPRIATION 3 1,000 9-.6- 625.62 1,300,000 34.7 2,261.34 2,089 000 55.7 3,629.88 3 7 000 100.0 SECTION 2.
