BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED THE SUM OF $1441761, OF WHICH AMOUNT $7,157 IS FROM NO. 220 STREET BOND FUND, $44,5544 IS FROM N0. 250 SANITARY SEWER FUND AND $3,050 IS FROM NO. 295 STORM SEWER FUND, THE FOREGOING AMOUNTS TO SUPPLEMENT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $144,1447 REMAIN- ING FROM FUNDS PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED FOR ENGINEERING AND/OR CONSTRUCTION AND CONTINGENCIES, APPLICABLE TO THE RESPECTIVE PROJECTS, AND AS RQUIRED TO REIMBURSE THE GENERAL FUND No. 102 CURRENT FUND, FOR ENGINEERING CHARGES RENDERED DURING THE FIRST QUARTER OF THE 1963 -644 FISCAL YEAR, BEING AUGUST 1 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 1963, NOT HERETOFORE REIMBURSED OR APPROPRIATED, ALL AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS, ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
