HomeMy WebLinkAbout07370 ORD - 09/30/1964BJW:9 /30/61+ AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING OUT OF NO. 220 STREET BOND FUND THE SUM OF $5,519.23, REPRESENTING COSTS OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS AROUND MALIBU AND MEADOWBROOK PARKS IN THE RESPECTIVE AMOUNTS OF $1,679.38 AND $3,839.85 AND APPLICABLE TO PROJECT NO. 220- 61 -80, SAID IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED IN CONNECTION WITH SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLATTING ORDINANCE; AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT TO THE DEVELOPERS, SESSIONS MORTGAGE COMPANY IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,679.38 AND JACK RYAN, TRUSTEE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,839.85 FROM FUNDS HEREBY APPROPRIATED; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED OUT OF NO. 220 STREET BOND FUND THE SUM OF $5,519.23, REPRESENTING COSTS OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS AROUND MALIBU AND MEADOWBROOK PARKS IN THE RESPECTIVE AMOUNTS OF $1,679.38 AND $3,839.85, AND APPLICABLE TO PROJECT NO. 220- 61 -80, SAID IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED IN CONNECTION WITH SUBDIVISION DEVELOPMENT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLATTING ORDINANCE. SECTION 2. AUTHORIZATION IS HEREBY GIVEN FOR REIMBURSEMENT TO THE DEVELOPERS OF THE HEREINABOVE NAMED PARKS, THE SUM OF $1,679.38 TO SESSIONS MORTGAGE COMPANY, AND THE SUM OF $3,839.85 TO JACK RYAN, TRUSTEE, OUT OF FUNDS HEREBY APPROPRIATED. SECTION 3.
