SOUTHWEST SIDE OF MC ARDLE ROAD FROM AYERS STREET TO CARROLL LANE; 2. NORTHEAST SIDE OF MC ARDLE ROAD FROM CARROLL LANE TO WEBER ROAD; AND FROM ERASER SCHOOL TO VANCE DRIVE; 3. SOUTH SIDE OF CAMPANA STREET FROM CARVER STREET TO GREENWOOD DRIVE; 4. NORTHEAST SIDE OF GOLLIHAR ROAD FROM AYERS STREET TO KOSTORYZ ROAD; AND 5. SOUTH SIDE OF BLOOMINGTON STREET FROM THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF MOLINA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TO THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF MOLINA ADDITION, NO. 2; , DETERMINING AND FIXING THE PORTION OF SAID COST AND THE RATE THEREOF PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED AGAINST AND PAID BY THE ABUTTING PROPERTY, AND THE REAL AND TRUE OWNERS THEREOF; DETERMINING THE NECESSITY OF LEVYING < AN ASSESSMENT AGAINST SAID ABUTTING PROPERTY, AND THE REAL AND TRUE OWNERS THEREOF, FOR THE PORTION OF SAID ^ COST AP�TIONED TOVEM; ORDERING AND SETTING A HEAR- ING AT O'CLOCK M, ON THE 27TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1965, 1 THE COUNCIL CHAMBER OF THE CITY HALL OF CORPUS y, • CHRISTI, TEXAS, AS THE TIME AND PLACE FOR THE HEARING OF THE REAL AND TRUE OWNERS OF SAID ABUTTING PROPERTY AND ALL OTHERS INTERESTED IN SAID ABUTTING PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF THE PROCEEDINGS CONCERNING SAID ASSESSMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS; DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY OF THE CITY OF CORPUS ?CHRISTI, TEXAS, TO GIVE NOTICE OF SAID HEARING AS REQUIRED BY LAW; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: • SECTION 1. THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, HEREBY FINDS AND DETERMINES: (A) THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, ' HAS HERETOFORE BY ORDINANCE NO. 7�.5'.i_DULY ENACTED ON THE 13TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1965, DETERMINED THE NECESSITY FOR AND ORDERED THE CONSTRUCTION "•7t 4TM OF SIDEWALKS ON THE HEREINAFTER NAMED STREETS IN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, t } A � n 745 NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, TO WIT: 1. SOUTHWEST SIDE OF MCARDLE ROAD FROM AYERS STREET TO CARROLL LANE; 2. NORTHEAST SIDE OF MCARDLE ROAD FROM CARROLL LANE TO WEBER RD.; AND FROM FRASER SCHOOL TO VANCE DRIVE; 3. SOUTH SIDE OF CAMPANA STREET FROM CARVER STREET TO GREENWOOD DRIVE; 4. NORTHEAST SIDE OF GOLLIHAR ROAD FROM AYERS STREET TO KOSTORYZ ROAD; AND 5. SOUTH SIDE OF BLOOMINGTON STREET FROM THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF MOLINA JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TO THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF MOLINA ADDITION, NO. 2, AND IN THE MANNER AND ACCORDING TO THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR WHICH SAID PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS HAVE HERETOFORE BEEN APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. (B) THAT A NOTICE DULY ENACTED IN THE,NAME OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, OF THE ENACTMENT OF SAID ABOVE DESCRIBED ORDINANCES HAS HERETOFORE BEEN FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERK OF NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI IS SITUATED AND SUCH NOTICE HAS BEEN DULY RECORDED IN THE DEED OF TRUST RECORDS OF NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS. (C) THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHR9'STI, TEXAS, HAS CAUSED THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO PREPARE AND FILE ESTIMATES OF THE COSTS OF SUCH IMPROVEMENTS AND ESTIMATES OF THE AMOUNT PER FRONT FOOT TO BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE PROPERTY ABUTTING SAID SIDEWALKS; AND THE F - DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS HAS HERETOFORE FILED SAID ESTIMATES AND A STATE- MENT OF OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO WITH SAID CITY COUNCILS AND THE SAME HAVING BEEN RECEIVED, EXAMINED AND APPROVED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL; AND THAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID STATEMENT OF 'THE ESTIMATE SO FILED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS AND HEREIN APPROVED, THE AMOUNT OF SAID ESTIMATED COSTS ARE HEREIN APPROVED, THE AMOUNT OF SAID ESTIMATED COSTS ARE HEREINAFTER STATED AND SET OUT AND A SCHEDULE CONTAINED IN SECTION 2 HEREOF. SECTION 2. ALL SUCH IM- PROVEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFI- CATIONS THEREFOR5 WHICH ARE NOW ON FILE IN THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND TO WHICH PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS REFERENCE IS HEREBY MADE FOR A MORE PARTICULAR. DESCRIPTION OF SUCH IMPROVEMENTS.
