AN ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, WITH COASTAL BEND RENT -A -CAR, INC.,
FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS, COVERING A RENT -A -CAR
BUSINESS AT THE CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. THAT THE CITY MANAGER IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND
DIRECTED TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF CORPUS CHRISTI, WITH THE COASTAL BEND RENT-A-CAR, INC., FOR A PERIOD
OF THREE (3) YEARS, COVERING THE LEASE OF A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE TERMINAL
BUILDING AND THE OPERATION OF A RENT -A -CAR BUSINESS AT THE CORPUS CHRISTI
