THAT REIMBURSEMENT TO GENERAL FUND N0. 102 CURRENT FUND BE MADE IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,346 FROM FUNDS HEREBY APPROPRIATED AND PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED AND NOT HERETOFORE REIMBURSED DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR FOR THE PERIOD NOVEMBER 1, 1965 THROUGH JANUARY 31, 1966. SECTION 3. THE NECESSITY FOR MAKING REIMBURSEMENT TO REFLECT SUCH EXPENDITURES AS ARE PROPERLY CHARGEABLE TO BOND FUNDS AS PROMPTLY AS POSSIBLE CREATES A PUBLIC EMERGENCY AND AN IMPERATIVE PUBLIC NECESSITY REQUIRING THE SUSPENSION OF THE CHARTER RULE THAT NO ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION SHALL BE PASSED FINALLY ON THE DATE OF ITS INTRODUCTION AND THAT SUCH ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION SHALL BE READ AT THREE SEVERAL MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AND THE MAYOR, HAVING DECLARED THAT SUCH PUBLIC EMERGENCY AND IMPERATIVE PUBLIC v 7933 In NECESSITY EXIST, AND HAVING REQUESTED THAT SUCH CHARTER RULE BE SUSPENDED AND THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE PASSED FINALLY ON THE DATE OF ITS INTRODUCTION AND TAKE EFFECT AND BE IN FULL-FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, THIS THE OF MARCH, 1966.
