MOORE AND WIFE, IRENE MOORE; JEWEL RUYLE TEEL; AND LAWRENCE C. FRENCH; DESIGNATING SAID CONDEMNATION AS BEING NECESSARY TO ACQUIRE THE SUBJECT PROPERTY OR PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI FOR PARK, OR SCIENCE PARK, AND OTHER MUNICIPAL PURPOSES; DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS TO CARRY OUT THE INTENTION OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, IT IS NECESSARY TO ACQUIRE, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, CERTAIN LOTS OR PARCELS OF LAND WHICH ARE MORE FULLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND WHICH ARE NEEDED FOR PARK OR SCIENCE PARK AND OTHER Im MUNICIPAL PURPOSES; AND WHEREAS, THE SAID PARK PROJECT REQUIRES THE ACQUISITION OF FEE SIMPLE TITLE IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING PARCELS OR TRACTS OF LAND: AND FOLLOWING: AND LOTS 10, 11 AND 12, BLOCK 94, BEACH PORTION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS; WHEREAS, RECORD TITLE OF THE ABOVE PARCELS APPEARS TO BE IN THE LOT 10, BLOCK 94, BEACH PORTION, OWNED BY CLAY C.
