BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THE CITY MANAGER IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO EXECUTE, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, A LICENSE RENEWAL WITH THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FOR USE BY THE FEDERAL AVIATION AGENCY OF REMOTE TRANSMITTER SITE #2 AND REMOTE RECEIVER SITE AT THE CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, ALL AS MORE FULLY SET OUT IN THE LICENSE RENEWAL AGREEMENT, A COPY OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A R PART HEREOF. to SECTION 2.
