BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, , TEXAS: I SECTION 1. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED OUT OF N0. 250 SANITARY SEWER FUND THE SUM OF $10,126.00, OF WHICH AMOUNT $10,000.00 IS FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND AND $126.00 IS FOR TITLE EXPENSE AND RELATED COSTS THERETO, ALL APPLICABLE TO PROJECT No. 25o -64 -48.1, LAGUNA MADRE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, SAID PARCEL BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO -WIT: BEING A 5.13 ACRE TRACT OF LAND IN NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, OUT OF LOTS 8 & 91"SECTION 53, FLOUR BLUFF AND ENCINAL FARM AND GARDEN TRACTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR RECORD IN VOL. A, PAGE 41, MAP RECORDS, NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS, AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHEAST LINE SAID LOT 8 AT ITS POINT OF INTER- SECTION WITH THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF LAGUNA SHORE ROAD AS A POINT OF BEGINNING; A THENCE SOUTH 26 DEG. 29 MIN.
