SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
DECEMBER 2, 1982

Mayor Luther Jones called the meeting to order in the Council Chamber of
City Hall.
City Secretary Bill G. Read called the roll of required Charter Officers
and verified that the necessary quorum was present to conduct a legally
constituted meeting.
A motion was made by Council Member Jack Dumphy that the Council
convene in closed session pursuant to Article 6252-17, Open Meeting Law, to
discuss pending litigation; seconded by Council Member Cliff Zarsky; and
passed unanimously.

There being no further business to come before the Council, on motion by
Mayor Pro Tem Betty Turner, seconded by Council Member Bob Gulley, the
Special Council Meeting was adjourned at 8:32 a.m., December 2, 1982.
