Dear Mr. Ledbetter:
With reference to your letter of February 6, 1967 addressed
to the Driscoll Foundation, pertaining to the re- location of
the city's 6 inch gas line as more fully reflected by
your letter and the attachments thereto, it is our understand-
ing that the re- Location work has now been completed. The
Driscoll Foundation agreed to bear the cost of re- locating
the gas line to the extent of $2 927.99, providing, however,
the city released to the foundation all rights in and to the
easement in which the gas line was laid and which crosses the
foundation property at Baldwin and Airport Road, all as shown
by the plat attached to your letter. Payment of such sum
shall be made immediately following receipt by the Driscoll
Foundation of an acceptable instrument releasing to the
foundation the abandoned right -of -way easement.
Yours very truly,
KEYS, RUSSELL, WATSON & SEAMAN
