SECTION 2. DUE TO DELAYS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF THE CONTRACTOR, AUTHORIZATION IS HEREBY GRANTED FOR A 19 -DAY EXTENSION OF CONTRACT TIME FOR PROJECT COMPLETION. SECTION 3.
