THAT THE CITY MANAGER BE, AND HE IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED TO EXECUTE, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE, PROCUREMENT DIVISION, FOR THE PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF TELEVISION MATERIALS AND PRINTED MATTER PERTAINING TO CIVIL DEFENSE, A COPY OF WHICH AGREEMENT IS ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
