NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: That the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi hereby requests the Federal Highway Administrator to so amend the proposed regulations to maximize the responsibility of local units of government and the State Highway Commission in the determination of highway routes and minimize the delay in highway construction made necessary by appeals by those who are dissatisfied by highway location decisions.
