HomeMy WebLinkAbout09677 ORD - 03/18/19704KH:3 -II -70 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING OUT OF NO. 291 PARK BOND FUND THE SUM OF $12,583 FOR COLE PARK DEVELOPMENT, PROJECT NO. 291 -67 -6; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED OUT OF NO. 291 PARK BOND FUND THE SUM OF $12,583 FOR COMPLETION OF THE CURRENT PROJECT AT COLE PARK, INCLUDING AN ADDITIONAL PLAYGROUND AREA, PICNIC AREAS, ADDITIONAL PLANTING OF SHRUBS AND TREES, OBSERVATION AREA AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS IMPROVEMENTS, SAID PROJECT BEING DESIGNATED AS PROJECT N0. 291 -67 -6, COLE PARK DEVELOPMENT. SECTION 2.
