BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,TEXAS: SECTION 1. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED OUT OF NO. 250 SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND THE SUM OF $71613.67 OF WHICH $4,659.26 IS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY SEWER LATERAL TO SERVE ST. MARTIN'S SUBDIVISION, PROJECT No. 250- 67 -75; AND $2,954.41 IS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LAGUNA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION LATERAL LINES, PROJECT No. 250- 67 -76; AND APPROPRIATING OUT OF N0. 295 STORM SEWER BOND FUND THE SUM OF $6,391.26 FOR THE RELOCATION OF AN 18 -INCH SANITARY SEWER TRUNK CROSSING THE SCHANEN DITCH, SCHANEN DITCH -DSO CREEK TO WEBER, PROJECT N0. 295- 64 -37; AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT OF 109 SEWER FUND FOR ALL AMOUNTS ADVANCED FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THESE PRO- JECTS FROM SAID 109 SEWER FUND. SECTION 2. THE REIMBURSEMENT OF NO. 109 SEWER FUND FOR ALL AMOUNTS ADVANCED AND NOT HERETOFORE REIMBURSED IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED. SECTION 3. THE NECESSITY TO REIMBURSE THE N0. 109 SEWER FUND IN THE AMOUNTS HEREINABOVE SET OUT CREATES A PUBLIC EMERGENCY AND IMPERATIVE PUBLIC NECESSITY REQUIRING THE SUSPENSION OF THE CHARTER RULE THAT NO ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION SHALL BE PASSED FINALLY ON THE DATE OF ITS INTRODUCTION AND THAT SUCH ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION SHALL BE READ AT THREE SEVERAL MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AND THE MAYOR HAVING DECLARED SUCH EMERGENCY AND NECESSITY TO EXIST, AND HAVING REQUESTED THE SUSPENSION OF THE CHARTER RULE AND THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE PASSED FINALLY ON THE DATE OF ITS INTRODUCTION AND TAKE EFFECT AND BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTERITS PASSAGE, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, THIS THE d k h--MAY OF JULY, 1970.
