JOHN H. YOCHEM, ET AL, FOR BAYFRONT OPEN SPACE PROJECT, NO. 291 -70 -8; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI., TEXAS: SECTION 1. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED OUT OF ND. 291 PARK BOND FUND THE SUM OF $10,440, OF WHICH AMOUNT $10,200 IS FOR AWARD OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS, $90 IS FOR COMMISSIONERS' FEES, AND $150 IS FOR APPRAISER'S FEES AND COURT COSTS, IN CONNECTION WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEED- INGS IN CAUSE N0. 642, CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI VS.
