TEMPLE, SRA IN CONNECTION WITH THE OSOPSEWAGE TREAT- MENT PLANT LAND ACQUISITION, PROJECT NO. 250 -61 -25.5; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THERE IS HEREBY APPROPRIATED OUT OF THE N0. 250 SANITARY SEWER BOND FUND THE SUM OF $375 FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES RENDERED BY ROY L. TEMPLE, SRA IN CONNECTION WITH THE OSO SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT LAND ACQUISI- TION, APPLICABLE TO PROJECT NO. 25o -61 -25.5. SECTION 2. THE NECESSITY TO MAKE THE HEREINABOVE APPROPRIATION IN ORDER TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED CREATES A PUBLIC EMERGENCY AND IMPERATIVE PUBLIC NECESSITY REQUIRING THE SUSPENSION OF THE CHARTER RULE THAT NO ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION SHALL BE PASSED FINALLY ON THE DATE OF ITS INTRODUCTION AND THAT SUCH ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION SHALL BE READ AT THREE SEVERAL MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, AND THE MAYOR HAVING DECLARED SUCH EMERGENCY AND NECESSITY TO EXIST, AND HAVING REQUESTED THE SUSPENSION OF THE CHARTER RULE AND THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE PASSED FINALLY ON THE DATE OF ITS INTRODUCTION AND TAKE EFFECT AND BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS PASSAGE, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, THIS THE /�G�/ DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1971.
