Dwellings that are luxurious were excluded and only units that met the standards under the Relocation Program were computed in the schedule. Information was derived from newspaper classified advertisements. No sub - stantial supply of 0- bedroom, 1, 4 and 5- bedroom units was reported. Therefore, figures for this size of bedroom units were estimated based on monthly rentals for 2 and 3- bedroom units. Opinions from persons dealing with rental units for low and moderate income families was obtained. Again, only those units that were decent, safe and sanitary were considered. Dwelling units that met minimum housing standards were also considered. I d Corpus Christi Caler- Times, Mar. 7, 1971 11E nmP a .
