JKH:5 -26 -71 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FIXED RELOCATION PAYMENTS SCHEDULE IN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TO BE USED IN CONNECTION WITH THE HUD - ASSISTED PROJECTS OF HILLCREST PARK PROJECT, OSC -85 (DL) AND CODE ENFORCEMENT (MOLINA AND HILLCREST), TEX E -7; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, THE RULES AND REGULATIONS PRESCRIBED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PURSUANT TO TITLE I REQUIRE THAT THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI WILL MAKE RELOCATION PAYMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE HILLCREST PARK PROJECT, OSC -85 (DL) AND CODE ENFORCEMENT (MOLINA AND HILLCREST), TEX E -71 BE FORMALLY ADOPTED AND THAT THE FIXED RELOCATION PAYMENTS SCHEDULE BE FORMALLY APPROVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI; AND WHEREAS, SECTION 114 OF TITLE I OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1949 IS STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION FOR RELOCATION PAYMENTS FOR ALL HUD - ASSISTED PROGRAMS; AND WHEREAS, tHERE WAS PRESENTED TO THIS MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, FOR ITS CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL A SET OF CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI WILL MAKE RELOCA- TION PAYMENTS, A FIXED RELOCATION PAYMENTS SCHEDULE DATED FOR THE HILLCREST PARK PROJECT, OSC -85 (DL) PROJECT CON- TEMPLATED BY THE APPLICATION; AND CODE ENFORCEMENT PROJECT (MOLINA AND HILLCREST), TEX E -7; AND WHEREAS, THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI WILL MAKE RELOCATION PAYMENTS AND THE FIXED RELOCATION PAYMENTS SCHEDULE WERE REVIEWED AND CONSIDERED AT THE MEETING: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. THAT THE CONDITIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT UNDER WHICH THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI WILL MAKE RELOCATION PAYMENTS ARE HEREBY IN ALL RESPECTS APPROVED AND ADOPTED. SECTION 2. THAT THE FIXED RELOCATION PAYMENTS SCHEDULE ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A" IS HEREBY IN ALL RESPECTS APPROVED TO BE ADMINISTERED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE CITY MANAGER. .. 10272 2 i t SECTION 3.
