NO. 295 STORM SEWER BOND FUND, $8,327 IS FROM THE N0. 250 SANITARY SEWER
BOND FUND, AND $327 IS FROM THE N0. 291 PARK BOND FUND; THE FOREGOING
AMOUNTS TO SUPPLEMENT FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,067 REMAINING FROM FUNDS
PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED FOR CONTINGENCIES AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES APPLICABLE
TO VARIOUS PROJECTS AS SHOWN ON THE TABULATION PREPARED BY THE ACCOUNTING

SECTION 2. AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT OF $78,880 TO THE N0. 102
GENERAL FUND FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES PROVIDED DURING THE PERIOD OF MAY 1,
1971 THROUGH JULY 31, 1971.
SECTION 3. THE NECESSITY FOR MAKING REIMBURSEMENT TO REFLECT
SUCH EXPENDITURES AS ARE PROPERLY CHARGEABLE TO BOND FUNDS AS PROMPTLY AS
POSSIBLE CREATES A PUBLIC EMERGENCY AND AN IMPERATIVE PUBLIC NECESSITY
REQUIRING THE SUSPENSION OF THE CHARTER RULE THAT NO ORDINANCE OR RESOLU-
TION SHALL BE PASSED FINALLY ON THE DATE OF ITS INTRODUCTION AND THAT SUCH
ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION SHALL BE READ AT THREE SEVERAL MEETINGS OF THE
CITY COUNCIL, AND THE MAYOR HAVING DECLARED SUCH EMERGENCY AND NECESSITY
TO EXIST, AND HAVING REQUESTED THE SUSPENSION OF THE CHARTER RULE AND THAT
THIS ORDINANCE BE PASSED FINALLY ON THE DATE OF ITS INTRODUCTION AND TAKE
