Also to be constructed on this project are reinforced concrete sidewalks, 4' wride, 4" thick, driveways where needed and requested by property owners, and storm sewers to properly drain the streets. The assessment rates have been determined by taking the unit prices used in the low bid and applying these unit prices to the front footage of the abutting properties in accordance with the assessment policy. The rates are as follows: 1) Curb, Gutter, & Pavement (61' wide) $14.41 /p.l.f. 2) Curb, Gutter, & Pavement (60' wide) 14.12 /p.l.f. 3.
