AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 21 -155, SCHEDULE III, "PARKING PRO-
HIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS ", OF THE
CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE, 1958, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
THERETO EIGHT NEW ITEMS SO AS TO HAVE THE EFFECT OF
PROHIBITING PARKING AT VARIOUS INTERSECTIONS ON SOUTH
PADRE ISLAND DRIVE, ON AVALON STREET, SOUTHWEST SIDE
BETWEEN ROBERT DRIVE AND EVERHART AND ON GOLLA AVENUE
EAST SIDE FROM UpRIVER ROAD TO A POINT 250 FEET SOUTH
OF UpRIVER ROAD, IN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, NUECES
COUNTY, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 21 --155, Schedule III, "Parking Prohibited
at all Times on Certain Streets ", of the Corpus Christi City Code, 1958, as
amended, be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto eight new items
prohibiting the parking of vehicles at any time on the following described
streets or portions thereof, reading as follows:
"So. Padre Island Drive (S.H. 358) at Airline Road
(a) South Frontage Road, from a point 1,160 feet east
to a point 410 feet west of Airline Road;
(b) North Frontage Road, from a point 880 feet east to
a point 520 feet west of Airline Road. ";
"So. Padre Island Drive (S.H. 358) at So Staples Street
(a) South Frontage Road, from a point 790 feet east
to a point 900 feet'west of So. Staples Street;
(b) North Frontage Road, from a point 300 feet east
to a point 850 feet west of So. Staples Street. ";
"So. Padre Island Drive (S.H. 358) at Everhart Road
(a) South Frontage Road, from a point 1,140 feet east to
a point 910 feet west of Everhart Road;
(b) North Frontage Road, from a point 800 feet east to
a point 880 feet west of Everhart Road. ";
"So. Padre Island Drive (S.H. 358) at Weber Road
(a) South Frontage Road, from a point 1,130 feet east to
a point 920 feet west of Weber Road;
(b) North Frontage Road, from a point 800 feet east to
a point 880 feet west of Weber Road. ";
"So. Padre Island Drive (S.H; 358) at Carroll Lane
(a) South Frontage Road, from a point 850 feet east to
a point 850 feet west of Carroll Lane;
(b) North Frontage Road, from a point 580 feet east to
a point 830 feet west of Carroll Lane. ";

"So. Padre Island Drive (S.H.358) at Kostoryz Road
(a) South Frontage Road, from a point 1,140 feet east
to a point 920 feet west of Kostoryz Road;
(b) North Frontage Road, from a point 800 feet east
to a point 880 feet west of Kostoryz Road. ";
"Avalon Street, southwest side, between Robert Drive
and Everhart. ";
"Golla Avenue, east side, from UpRiver Road to a point
250 feet south of UpRiver Road."
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made in the official publication of
the City of Corpus Christi, one time, which publication shall contain the cap-
tion stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
