AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE, 1958,
AS AMENDED, AND PARTICULARLY AMENDING SECTION
21 -155, SCHEDULE III, "PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS ", BY ADDING THERE-
TO AN ITEM WHICH WILL HAVE THE EFFECT OF PRO-
HIBITING PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON BOTH SIDES OF
AIRLINE ROAD, FROM SOUTH ALAMEDA STREET TO OCEAN
DRIVE; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Corpus Christi City Code, 1958,
as amended, be and the same is hereby by'adding an item under
Section 21 -155, Schedule III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS, which item will read as follows:
"Airline Road, both sides from South Alameda
Street to Ocean Drive."
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in
the official publication of the City of_Corpus Christi, by
publishing the caption of this ordinance, stating in substance
the purpose of the ordinance.
SECTION 3. If for any reason any section, paragraph,
subdivision, clause, phrase, or provision of this ordinance shall
be held invalid or unconstitutional by final judgment of a court
of competent jurisdiction it shall not affect any other section
paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word, or provision of this
ordinance, for it is the definite.intent of this City Council that
every section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase, word, or
provision hereof be given full force and effect for its purpose.
