HomeMy WebLinkAbout11634 ORD - 08/15/1973AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $23,610.82 OUT OF VARIOUS BOND FUNDS AS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH FOR EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF $6,000,000 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 1973 ON MARCH 21, 1973; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $23,610.82 out of various bond funds as hereinafter set forth for expenses in connection with the sale of $6,000,000 General Improvement Bonds, Series 1973, said sale having been conducted March 21, 1973, said expenses being as follows: Financial Advisor $ 12,905.46 Bond Attorney 6,689.81 Printing Bonds 580.00 Printing Prospectus, covers, bid forms 1,335.55 Contract Bond Rating Service: Standard S Poor's 1,000.00 Moody's Investors Service _ 1,100.00 _ $ 23,610.82 $6,000,000 100.0 $ 23,610.82 SECTION 2.
