The contractor has furnished details of farm gates and they have been approved by Engineering
& Physical Development and Airport Officials. The increase in width of the gates was due to
farm equipment being wider than anticipated. The two extra gates were for entrance purposes onto
the farm tracts within the airport property. The additional security fence will be for fencing
around TropicAir Aviation who is a fixed -base operator, located at the Northeast section of the
airnnrt- Please see attached letter for reasons of needing a security fence around Tropic Air
How can similar changes be avoided in the future? This was a rush .iob. Aviation_.
