ESTABLISHING NEW RATES FOR BUS CHARTER SERVICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TARIFF ESTABLISHED BY THE RAILROAD COMMISSION, FOR REGULAR AND RESTROOM EQUIPPED CHARTERS; AMENDING SECTION 2, ITEM (c) OF ORDINANCE NO. 10853 TO CONFORM TO SAID TEXAS RAILROAD COMMISSION TARIFF; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. WHEREAS, the Texas Railroad Commission on October 1, 1973 amended the tariff applicable to charter bus service; and WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi is desirous of conforming its rate schedule to the tariff established by the Texas Railroad Commission: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the rate schedule for charter service be and the same hereby is adopted at the rate as shown on the attached schedule labeled Table D-14, which Table is incorporated herein the same as if written herein for all Corpus Christi Transit service out -of -town charter service. SECTION 2. That the rate schedule for charter service for equip- ment with restroom service be and the same hereby is adopted at the rate as shown on the attached schedule labeled Table D -13, which Table is incorporated herein the same as if written herein for all Corpus Christi Transit service out -of -town charter service for equipment with restroom service. SECTION 3. That Section 2, Item (c), of Ordinance No. 10853, passed and approved by the City Council on May 10, 1972, be amended to hereafter read as follows: "As published by Texas Railroad Commission Tariff No. A455, R.C.T. Schedule No. 94, October 1, 1973." SECTION 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed to the extent of conflict. SECTION 5. Publication shall be made one time in the official publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance. 11794 -S R.C.Tex.
