AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10162, GRANTING A FIVE -YEAR FRANCHISE FOR LIMOUSINE SERVICE TO AND FROM TEE CORPUS CHRISTI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, AS AMENDED, AND PARTIC- ULARLY AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 10883, PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON MAY 31, 1972, BY AMENDING THE FARE IN ZONE 1 FROM $2.00 TO $2.50, AND THE FARE IN.ZONE 5 FROM $5.00 TO $6.00 WITH A MAXIMUM OF $15.00 PER TRIP TO OR FROM THE NAVAL AIR STATION; PRO- VIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION. • BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 10162, passed and approved by the City Council on March 17, 1971, granting a five -year franchise for limousine service to and from the Corpus Christi International Airport, as amended, and particularly as amended by Ordinance No. 10883, passed and approved on May 31, 1972, be and the same is hereby amended by amending the fare in Zone 1 by increasing the fare from $2.00 to $2.50, said Zone 1 paragraph under Section II of the Limousine Service Contract to hereafter read as follows: "ZONE 1 - All of the area of the City bounded on the north by the centerline of the Navigation District Ship Channel extending from a western boundary to be known as Corn Products Road and FM Road 763, to the centerline of the Harbor Bridge and continuing on along the western 1 edge of the north traffic lane of U. S. Highway 181 to the 1 shore of Nueces Bay; and bounded on the south by a line beginning at the shore of Corpus Christi Bay where Morgan Street extended would meet the shoreline of Corpus Christi Bay, and continuing westward along the centerline of Morgan Street and Old Brownsville Road to the City limits - $2.50;" and amending the fare in Zone 5 by increasing the fare from $5.00 to $6.00 with a maximum of $15.00 per trip to or from the Naval Air Station, said Zone 5 paragraph under Section II of the Limousine Service Contract to hereafter read as follows: 11820 That the foregoing ordinance as read for the fi st time and passed to its second reading on this the , _day of e �' 19 1.3. by the following vote: Jason Luby James T.
