AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE, 1958,
AS AMENDED, AND PARTICULARLY AMENDING SECTION
21 -155, SCHEDULE III, "PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS ", BY ADDING THERETO
AN ITEM WHICH WILL HAVE THE EFFECT OF PROHIBITING
PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON BOTH SIDES OF SOUTH STAPLES
STREET, BETWEEN SOUTH PADRE ISLAND DRIVE AND
SARATOGA BLVD.; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORPUS CHRISTI, TERAS:
SECTION 1. That the Corpus Christi City Code, 1958,
as amended, be and the same is hereby amended by adding an item
under Section 21 -155, Schedule III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS, which item will hereafter read as follows:
"South Staples Street, between South Padre Island Dr. and
Saratoga Boulevard."
Section 2. Publication shall be made one time in the
official publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing
the caption of this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of
the ordinance.
