AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 21 -68 OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE,
1958, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SPEED LIMITS ON A_PORTION
OF LEOPARD STREET, AS HEREINAFTER PROVIDED; PROVIDING FOR
PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 21 -68 of the Corpus Christi City Code,
as amended, be and the same is hereby amended by increasing the speed
limits on a portion of Leopard Street from 50 mph at all times to 55 mph
at all times, said item to hereafter read as follows:
NAME OF STREET SPEED LIMIT TIME OF DAY
Leopard Street, from a point 300 feet
west of Corn Products Road to a
point 300 feet east of Rand
Morgan Road 55 mph At all times
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, which publication shall contain
the caption stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
