AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING SECTION 21-68 OF THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE,
1958, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING SPEED LIMITS ON A PORTION
OF AIRLINE ROAD, AS HEREINAFTER PROVIDED; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR PUB-
LICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CBRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 21 -68 of the Corpus Christi City Code,
as amended, be and the same is hereby amended by amending speed limits on
a portion of Airline Road to 35 mph at all times, said item to hereafter
read as follows:
NAME OF STREET SPEED LIMIT TIME OF DAY
Airline Road, from Holly Road
to Ocean Drive 35 mPh At all times
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, which publication shall contain
the caption stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
