BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby cancelled the sum of $17,750 of the

SECTION 2. There is hereby appropriated and reapp ro P

cost of acquisition of Parcel 8, Bayfront Science Park, being Lots 3 and
4, Block 91, Beach Portion of the City of Corpus Christi. r to Guaranty

condemnation, styled City of Corpus Christi vs. Guaranty ;the County Court &
Trust of Corpus Christi. Trustee, Cause No. 710 -1.
at Law No. 1 of Nueces County, Texas, said sums hereby appropriated
and reappropriated being for Award of Special Commissioners, Commissioners'
fees, appraiser's fees and court costs.
SECTION 3. The necessity to provide the sums hereinabove set
