EARL CULLUM, JR. & ASSOCIATES Dear Mr. Walker: We have been asked by Mr. Robert Schnider and by Mr. Douglas Matthews to provide you with a letter stating our rates and charges for travel to Corpus Christi from Dallas for the purpose of observing and evaluating the ghosting problem experienced with the Cablevision facility in Corpus Christi and reporting orally on our findings to the City Council. It is understood that the report is desired at the Council meeting on Wed- nesday morning, March 19, or 26, 1975, and that it may be necessary also to attend an afternoon meeting and be available for questioning. We suggest the 26th as a preferred date. We estimate that the engineering time involved for the foregoing will be two days. At our normal rate, the engineering costs will be $600.00. If a formal written report is desired, then additional charges for engineering time, probably in the amount of one day, would be incurred. We would bill our out -of- pocket costs for air travel from Dallas to Corpus Christi, plus the associated ground travel and our over night stay at our actual expense. We estimate that these expenses will run on the order of $200.00. Very truly yours, A.
