AN ORDINANCE }
AMENDING THE CORPUS CHRISTI CITY CODE, 1958 AS
AMENDED, AND PARTICULARLY AMENDING SECTION 21-
155, SCHEDULE III, "PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON BOTH SIDES OF HORNE ROAD BETWEEN CARLTON
STREET AND THE CROSSTOWN EXPRESSWAY (S.H. 286);
AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Corpus Christi City Code, 1958, as amended,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding an item under Section 21 -155,
Schedule III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, which
item will hereafter read as follows:
HORNE ROAD, both sides,between Carlton Street and
the Crosstown Expressway (S.H. 286).
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official i
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of
this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
