JOLLIFFE, ET VIR, SAID SUM TO INCLUDE AWARD OF SPECIAL COMMISSIONERS, COMMISSIONERS' FEES, APPRAISER'S FEES AND COURT COSTS, APPLICABLE TO PROJECT NO. 291- 72 -12: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of No. 291 Park Bond Fund the sum of $86,357.50 for acquisition of Parcels 105, 106 and 297, Corpus Christi Beach Parksites, being a matter in condemnation in County Court at Law Number Two of Nueces County, styled City of Corpus Christi v. Lorraine Daly Jolliffe, at vir, Jerry R. Jolliffe, said sum to include Award of Special Commissioners, Commissioners' fees, appraiser's fees and court costs, all applicable to Project No. 291- 72 -12. SECTION 2. That the necessity to appropriate the sum set forth hereinabove so that payment may be made into the registry of the Court and other expenses be paid at the earliest possible time creates a public emergency( and an imperative public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction but that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared such emergency and necessity to exist, and having requested the suspension of the Charter rule and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, this the Ay day of March, 1975• ATTEST: Ci Seca ,y APPROVED: / 7 DAY OF MARCH, 1975: I City Attorne MAYO THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS 12542 �c CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEKAS CERTIFICATION OF FUNmS.
