(5) Workmen's comments regarding the following: (a) Their safety. (b) Traffic hindrance to their job. (c) Traffic obedience to regulations governing work areas. (6) Contractors' comments by way of standard questionnaire. Statement of Work: Employ full -time Engineer to develop and implement program. Responsibilities will .includer (Z) Continue barricading sessions to further acquaint all individuals dealing with traffic control in work areas with the Manual; (2) Complete implementation of all guidelines and requirements of new Manual; (3) Evaluate and study all proposed barricading layouts of all projects i.nitie in the city which affect traffic; (4) Maintain close supervision of work sites for compliance; (5) Collect evaluation data regarding accident data, traffic flow studies in work sites and contractors' comments; (6) Further implement standard barricades and signs; (7) Develop system of informing the public about the location and time of work sites to further limit unnecessary traffic work areas; (8) Compile a project notebook complete with history of project, goals, achiev ments and results; (9) Attend all pre - construction meetings for upcoming work projects.
