AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING OUT OF THE 90. 250 SANITARY SEWER
BOND FUND $7,566.83 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A 10-
INCH SANITARY SEWER LATERAL IN AGNES STREET WEST
OF OMAHA DRIVE, PROJECT NO. 250 -72 -17 AGNEoS STREET
LATERAL EXTENSION - OMAHA DRIVE TO NAVIGATION
BOULEVARD, STAGE I; AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT OF
THE 109 WASTEWATER SERVICES FUND FOR ALL AMOUNTS
ADVANCED FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE AFORESAID
PROJECT; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated out of the No. 250
Sanitary Sewer Bond Fund $7,566.83 for construction of a 10 -inch sanitary
sewer lateral in Agnes Street West of Omaha Drive, Project No. 250- 72 -17,
Agnes Street Lateral Extension - Omaha Drive to Navigation Boulevard,
Stage I.
SECTION 2. That reimbursement of the No. 109 Wastewater Fund
for some advanced for the aforesaid project in the amount hereby appropriated,
and not previously reimbursed, be and the same is hereby authorized.
SECTION 3. The necessity to reimburse the No. 109 Wastewater
Services Fund to correctly reflect the expenditures from said fund
creates a public emergency and an imperative public necessity requiring the
suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shell be
passed finally on the date of its introduction but -that such ordinance or
resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and
the Mayor having declared such emergency and necessity to exist, and having
requested the suspension of the Charter rule and that this ordinance be passed
finally on the date of its introduction and take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, this
the day of December, 1975.
