ESTRADA LOT 4, BLOCK 1, ARCADIA SUBDIVISION (1002 YORK AVE.), IN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, NUECES COMM, TEXAS, UPON PAYMENT OF THE CASH CONSIDERATION OF $11,100 FOR SAID PARCEL, A COPY OF INSTRUMENT CONVEYING THE SAME BEING ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF, MARRED EXHIBIT "A "; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: • SECTION 1. That the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to convey to R. M. Estrada that property described as Lot 4, Block 1, Arcadia Subdivision, also known as 1002 York Ave., in the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas, upon payment of the cash consideration of $11,100 for said parcel of land, a copy of deed of conveyance being attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked Exhibit "A". SECTION 2. The necessity to immediately authorize the execution of a deed in order to facilitate the sale of the above described parcel of land creates a public emergency and an imperative public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolu- tion shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction but that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meetings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared such emergency and necessity to exist, and having requested the suspension of the Charter rule and that this ordinance be passed finally on the date of its intro- duction and take effect and be in full force and effect from and after It— its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, this the�� of�. 1976. M. Estrada, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for which no lien is retained, either expressed or implied, has this day sold, and by these presents does GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL and CONVEY unto the said R. M. Estrada all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of Nueces, State of Texas, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Lot 4, Block 1, Arcadia Subdivision in the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises herein conveyed, together with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging to the said R. M. Estrada, his heirs and assigns, forever, and Grantor does hereby bind itself, its successors and assigns, to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises herein conveyed against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof by, through, or under Grantor.
