AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING AND REAPPROPRIATING $5,000, OF
WHICH $801.61 IS OUT OF THE N0. 111 PARR TRUST
FUND, GARDEN CENTER, ACCOUNT NO. 1765, AND $4,198.39
IS OUT OF THE NO. 111 PARR TRUST FUND, UNRESTRICTED
ACCOUNT NO. 1752; AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $5,000 TO THE NO. 102 GENERAL FUND, ACTIV-
ITY 4122, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN IRRIGATION
SYSTEM AT THE GARDEN CENTER BY PARR DIVISION CON-
STRUCTION CREWS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated and reappropriated

the sum of $5,000, of which $801.61 is out of the No. 111 Park Trust Fund,
Garden Center, Account No. 1765, and $4,198.39 is out of the No. 111 Park
Trust Fund, Unrestricted Account No. 1752.
SECTION 2. That authorization is hereby given for reimbursement
in the amount hereby appropriated and reappropriated to the No. 102 General
Fund, Activity 4122, for the construction of an irrigation system at the
Garden Center by Park Division construction crews.
SECTION 3. That the necessity to reimburse the No. 102 General
Fund, Activity 4122, as aforesaid creates a public emergency and an im-
perative public necessity requiring the suspension of the Charter rule
that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date of
its introduction but that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at
three several meetings of the City Council, and the mayor having declared
such emergency and necessity to exist, having requested the suspension of
the Charter rule and that this ordinance take effect and be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED this
