AN ORDINANCE
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $20,502 OUT OF VARIOUS BOND
FUNDS FOR EXPENSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF
$2,840,000 GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 1977,
SOLD ON FEBRUARY 9, 1977;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$20,502 out of various bond funds as hereinafter set forth for expenses
in connection with the sale of $2,840,000 General Improvement Bonds,
Series 1977, said sale having been conducted on February 9, 1977, said
expenses being as follows:
Bond Attorney, Hobby H. McCall $ 4,400.00
Financial Advisor, M. E. Allison, Sr. 9,150.00
Printing Official Statement 4,152.00
Printing Bonds 600.00
