AN ORDINANCE
ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS; ADOPTING AND
READOPTING ORDINANCE NO. 13121; INSTRUCTING THE CITY
SECRETARY TO PROPERLY FILE THIS SUPPLEMENT; AND
PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Supplement No. 1 to the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereby incorporated by reference, and
on file in the Office of the City Secretary, is hereby made a part of the
official Code of Ordinances of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas. Said
supplement on file is marked "Supplement No. 1 to Code of Ordinances,
City of Corpus Christi, Texas (1977)."
SECTION 2. The provisions and exceptions contained in Ordinance
No. 13121 are hereby adopted and readopted and made a part of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of
this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
