AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, 1976 REVISION, BY AMENDING SECTION 53-
252, SCHEDULE III, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, BY ADDING THERETO AN
ITEM WHICH WILL PROHIBIT PARKING AT ALL TIMES
ON AIRLINE ROAD, BOTH SIDES, FROM THE SOUTH
RIGHT -OF WAY -LINE OF SOUTH PADRE ISLAND DRIVE
(S.H. 358), TO THE NORTH RIGHT -OF -WAY LINE OF
WILLIAMS DRIVE; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances. City of Corpus
Christi, 1976 Revision, be and same is hereby amended by amending Section
53 -252, Schedule III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS,
by adding thereto the following item:
"Airline Road, both sides, from the south right -
of -way line of South Padre Island Drive (S.H.
358), to the north right -of -way line of Williams
Drive."
SECTION 2. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of
this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
