That there is hereby appropriated out of the fro. 245 Airport Bond Fund the sum of $1,901 to fund Change Order No. 1 to s the contract with McKissick Associates, Inc., applicable to Project No. 245- 68- 23.1,.CorpusdChristi International Airport Graphics. SECTION 2. The necessity to appropriate the sums hereinabove described in order that the Airport Graphics project may continue without delay creates a public emergency and an imperative public necessity A requiring the suspension of the Charter rule that no ordinance or resolution shall be passed finally on the date of its introduction but that such ordinance or resolution shall be read at three several meet- ings of the City Council, and the Mayor having declared such emergency and necessity to exist, and having requested the suspension of the Charter rule and that this ordinance take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, IT IS ACCORDINGLY SO ORDAINED, this the - day of July, 1977.
