AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, 1976 REVISION, BY AMENDING SECTION 53 -252,
SCHEDULE III, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON
CERTAIN- STREETS, BY ADDING ITEMS WHICH WILL PROHIBIT
P KI G T L TIMES ON AYERS STREET, BOTH SIDES, FROM
THIRD STREET TO SANTA FE STREET AND AYERS STREET, SOUTH
SIDE, FROM SECOND STREET TO THIRD STREET; AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Code of Ordinances, City of Corpus Christi,
1976 Revision, be and the same is hereby amended by amending Section 53-
252, Schedule III - PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS, by
adding thereto the following itemsi:
Dyers Street, both sides, from Third Street to Santa
Fe Street;
Ayers Street, south side, from Second Street to Third Street.
SECTION 2. , Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, by publishing the caption of
this ordinance, stating in substance the purpose of the ordinance.
