AN ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, 1976 REVISION, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING
SECTION 53 -254, SCHEDULE V, INCREASE OF STATE SPEED
LIMIT IN CERTAIN ZONES, BY DELETING THE PRESENT PROVI-
SIONS UNDER LEOPARD STREET (S.H.9), AND IN LIEU
THEREOF ADOPTING NEW PROVISIONS FOR SPEED LIMITS ON
LEOPARD STREET AS HEREINAFTER PROVIDED; REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING
FOR PUBLICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
b TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section
53 -254, Schedule
V, Increase of State
Speed Limit in Certain Zones, be amended by deleting
the present provisions
under Leopard Street (S.H.9), and
in lieu thereof adopting
new provisions
for speed limits for said Leopard
Street (S.H.9) as
follows:

right of way line of
Callicoate Road

From a point 1000 feet east of
the east right of way line
of Callicoate Road to Rehfield

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. Publication shall be made one time in the official
publication of the City of Corpus Christi, which publication shall contain
